Meet the KIFG team
Shane Leahy, founder of Kangaroo Island Fresh Garlic, started his garlic operation in 2015 by planting a small crop on his sheep farm in Stokes Bay.
Over the next 3 years, he has perfected the growing techniques to ensure high yields of quality garlic.
Shane employs KI locals to help pick the garlic by hand. Working with Josh Deer, a local chef, and his wife Lucy, a restaurant manager, the KIFG team have developed a range of truly drool worthy garlic products.
