Our Adelaide Hills based family business offers you a collection of original gourmet chutneys, relishes, jams, sauces and pastes are all made here in SA using Aussie produce and characterised by well-balanced, robust and unique flavours that reflect the freshness and quality of ingredients. Our ingredient rich products achieved by cooking down or cold pressing the liquid from the veggies, enhancing a “cleaner” taste and product integrity. All gluten free and colours are natural, made with natural preserving techniques.
Environmental sustainability is always in focus and we recycle jars at our Farmers Markets, have found ways to use by-product, and compost and recycle the rest. Our kids have their own worm farms made out of upcycled vinegar bottles! We are currenlty working on energy efficiency.
Since 2016 sugar innovation has been on our agenda, now find our products containing No Added Sugar, No Refined Sugar, Low GI Sugar, Less than 15% Sugar in listings.
