Our Story

A South Australian Family owned business for over 50 years, specialising in gourmet European savoury & sweet biscuits that
are available Australia wide. The Viscione family uses traditional recipes that date back to the early 1900’s from the town of
San Martino in Italy. Owner and baker, John Viscione, uses premium quality ingredients, sourced from local suppliers, to produce
over 15 speciality lines.

Our products contain no added:

  • Preservatives, colours, flavours
  • Animal fats
  • Genetically modified ingredients 


We specialise in producing biscuits that are:
