Our 2019 McLaren Vale Rosato is made of Sangiovese and Aglianico and sourced from 2 separate vineyards. The Sangiovese is Willunga Hills fruit grown in shallow loam over deep clay. The Aglianico is McLaren Vale fruit grown in loamy sand over deep clay.

Handpicked from both vineyards and processed individually. Wild fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine was then put together and prepared for bottling.

On the nose, you’ll find notes of blood orange marmalade, rock melon and flowers. On the palate, dried citrus and a sour cherry finish.
